GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

Admission to Pre-School (Nursery) for Academic Session 2026-2027

Admission Instructions:-

  1. Please keep the following documents and information ready before beginning the online application, as they are mandatory for completing the form. All scanned documents must be in PDF or JPEG format and should not exceed 1 MB in size.

    • A recent colour passport-size photograph of the child (not older than 3 months).

    • Recent colour passport-size photographs of parent(s)/guardian.

    • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/competent civic authority.

    • Affidavit for first-born child (if applicable).

    • Proof of residence, such as:
      1. Latest Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Telephone Bill
      2. Aadhar Card (both sides)
      3. Passport
      4. Ration Card
      5. Voter ID

  2. Ensure that the child’s date of birth, name, and the names of both parents match exactly with the details on the Birth Certificate.

  3. After completing the form, kindly make an online payment of Rs. 25 to submit your registration.

  4. 4. Once the registration form is successfully uploaded, you will receive an auto-generated Application Acknowledgement Receipt for your records. Please ensure that your pop-up blocker is disabled to allow the receipt to download.

  5. The list of shortlisted candidates for document verification, admission, and (if applicable) the draw of lots will be displayed on the school website on 24.01.2026. Both original documents and self-attested photocopies will be required at the time of admission.

  6. The school management reserves the right to grant or refuse admission without being liable to provide justification for the decision.

  7. Any application found to contain incorrect, fabricated, or misleading information will be rejected, and the candidate will be disqualified from further admission processing.

  8. Please submit only one registration form per candidate. Multiple submissions for the same child may result in rejection.

  9. Before beginning the online registration, kindly download and carefully read the Admission Guidelines by clicking the ‘Download Guidelines’ button available at the top-right corner of the page.

  10. After reviewing all instructions, click ‘I Agree’ and then proceed by selecting the ‘Proceed’ button.
